An important technical problem prevents activation.
This issue can’t be solved by our support staff.
This request must be received within 24 hours after purchase.

No refunds will be given on:

• poor internet connectivity
* Internet Service Provider blockage or restrictions to network
* Devices that are not compatible or non-supported device
